Windows Cant Find %appdata% Check Spelling and Try Again

This maybe an event with a system file existence decadent.
Yous can effort a couple things.

Right click your start button and select Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Control prompt.
In Control prompt type sfc /scannow and press enter.
Restart the figurer.

If that doesn't work then try this,

Correct click your get-go button and select Control prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.

In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, blazon the following commands.
Press Enter key after each control:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Important: When you run this command, DISM uses Windows Update to provide the files that are required to fix corruptions.
To close the Administrator: Command prompt window, blazon Exit, and so press Enter.
Restart your computer.

I correct clicked oon the start button and there was no option for the control center

I tried only searching for cmd and information technology came upwardly. However when I tried to run it every bit a administrator I got the errorI am besides now unableto connect to the internet.

When i ran a diagnostic test it said that The diagnostics Policy Service is not runnig but when I click on try these repairs as an ambassador nothing happens

When you correct click use the Powershell (admin) i.
Let me know if that works.

When I clicked powershell (admin) I got the bulletin "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this activeness. Please installa programme or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs  command console."

Seems like in that location is bug with the image.
I would recommend what Andre is suggesting by doing a repair upgrade.

Seems similar at that place is issues with the prototype.
I would recommend what Andre is suggesting by doing a repair upgrade.
